Safety and Stability in OEM Products for Cosmetics

This time, we will briefly introduce the types of tests conducted to confirm safety and stability for product commercialization! ● Safety Confirmation To provide safe and secure products, various safety tests are conducted. One of these is the patch test, carried out in collaboration with dermatologists, where a certain amount of the sample is placed on a test patch and applied for 24 to 48 hours. After removing the patch, observations are made to check for any reactions such as redness or swelling in the applied area. ● Stability Confirmation Harsh tests are conducted at our in-house research facility. The contents of the determined formulation are placed in a temperature-controlled chamber set between 5°C and 45°C to check for temperature resistance, quality changes, and compatibility with the container. The duration is typically around three months, but may be extended for several years if necessary.
