We would like to introduce our processing of "hard chrome plating." Hard chrome has a very high hardness of Hv800 to 1000 or more among plating types, and it excels in wear resistance. By performing feathering before and after plating, it is possible to achieve good lubrication performance. Additionally, thick plating is possible, and treatments of over 100μm may be performed for buildup.
