Its unique LED light panel allows for clearer band observation. The intricate structural design facilitates the observation, detection, and cutting of electrophoresis gels. The 302nm wavelength excites fluorescent dyes/DNA complexes, maximizing fluorescence. It achieves high sensitivity, clear observation bands, powerful illumination, and uniform brightness. Additionally, it is equipped with a special UV filter glass that selectively absorbs specific wavelengths of UV, effectively ensuring excitation sensitivity. 【Applications】 It is used for the excitation and recovery of nucleic acid and protein gel dyes such as EtBr, SYBR Safe, SYBR Gold, SYBR Green l/l, SYPRO Ruby, SYPRO Orange, SYPRO Red, Coomassie Fluo Orange staining, GelRed, Redsafe, and others.
