The "Premier PBT-225" is a conductive plastic that provides conductivity by uniformly dispersing stainless long fibers in polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin. It possesses excellent long-term reliability against environmental factors, chemicals, and heat, which are characteristic of PBT resin, and it does not lose elasticity even in various liquid environments, including oil. Additionally, by replacing aluminum die-cast components with this product or by imparting electromagnetic shielding performance to currently used PBT resin components, we respond to new demands required for future automotive parts. 【Features】 ■ Achieves significant weight reduction with a specific gravity of 1.65 compared to the typical die-cast aluminum ADC12 with a specific gravity of 2.68. ■ Eliminates machining and surface treatment processes that occur in subsequent steps, allowing for process simplification. ■ Surface treatments such as painting are possible, just like with general resins. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
