The center was established in 1972 with the support of the Osaka Bureau of Commerce and Industry (now the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry), Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, and various economic organizations in the Kansai region. As a third-party certification body, we support environmental sample analysis and environmental survey activities for companies and research institutions from a neutral and fair standpoint. As an independent third-party organization not affiliated with any specific company or group, we provide reliable data through commissions from industry, government, and academia, and offer appropriate advice and consultations, contributing to the local community.
