This is a case study of how we solved a customer's problem using a pallet rack that can be custom-made from a single unit. 【Customer's Problem】 The products being manufactured were placed directly on the ground in pallet stacks, but as production volume increased, they could no longer secure storage space. ↓ 【Solution】 We proposed a pallet rack that utilizes vertical space. Focusing on the efficiency of storage operations, we added a back support (back beam) to the upper section and eliminated protrusions from the front supports. 【Customer Feedback】 We were able to create storage space. We can now perform storage operations without stress.
