We propose a monitoring system for equipment operation using rotating lights through indicator light monitoring. The indicator lights of each production equipment are replaced with dedicated monitoring units. A data collection and communication control server is installed in the office to receive lighting information from each production equipment. By using a three-light type rotating light, it is possible to indicate when more than three pieces of equipment are operating simultaneously.
