We will implement safety circuit design in compliance with standards from various countries such as UL (USA), CE (Europe), and JIS (Japan).
Based on the knowledge cultivated over more than 40 years in the control panel business, we will implement safety circuit design in compliance with the standards of various countries such as CE (Europe), UL (USA), and JIS (Japan). Adhering strictly to these national standards requires a certain level of knowledge, effort, and cost, but it ensures safety and minimizes litigation risks. - We also provide support for creating safety block diagrams and PL (Performance Level) calculation documents to demonstrate the validity of safety circuits. - In addition to electrical circuit design for safety circuits, we can independently conduct safety evaluations of machinery in accordance with safety standards such as ISO 12100 (JIS B 9700). - When evaluations are conducted by certification bodies, we will attend the evaluation to ensure the best possible results from both the interpretation of standards and the structure of the machinery. - We offer risk assessment consulting for equipment manufacturers when conducting risk evaluations. - We provide support for selecting safety devices based on ISO 14119 and for safety circuit design based on ISO 13849-1.
