Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has launched its WaterPro portfolio of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) sealing materials that comply with international standards and can withstand the rigorous daily use in drinking water facilities. All WaterPro materials conform to the French ACS regulations, the US NSF/ANSI/CAN Standard 61, the UK WRAS, Germany's KTW W270, and the European DIN EN 16421 P2/M2, and they also meet the requirements based on testing. Furthermore, these materials have been pre-confirmed to comply with the upcoming German KTW-BWGL regulations, which are scheduled to become mandatory in 2026, one year later than initially planned. Customers using Trelleborg's WaterPro will be able to incorporate these materials into their products with confidence when the KTW-BWGL regulations become mandatory, providing differentiated value and ensuring a smooth continuation of supply in the market without interruption.
