We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing we have conducted. This work is a frame component that accompanies a medical device made of aluminum material. The design allows for electrical equipment to be assembled inside the frame, with the left and right protrusions fitting into the rails, making it easy to assemble. The C-shaped parts at the four corners of the frame have been subjected to tapping (threading) processing, allowing for a separate part to be attached as a cover.
