We at Aluminum Factory specialize in the production of aluminum processed products used in industrial machinery, automobiles, and medical machine parts. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing we have conducted. This work is a part for a nursing care device and serves as a support pillar for the lifting section. This work is also manufactured through the extrusion processing of aluminum material. Traditionally, two stainless steel parts were joined by welding to create the same shape, but with our proposal, we achieved the same shape through integrated aluminum extrusion molding. Initially, it was thought that aluminum would not provide sufficient strength, but after creating a prototype and conducting strength tests, it was found that it could achieve adequate strength compared to stainless steel materials.
