We at Aluminum Factory specialize in the production of aluminum processed products used in industrial machinery, automobiles, and medical machine parts. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing carried out by our company. This work is an example of handling parts for aluminum device components. Since it is a handling part, high assembly precision with surrounding components is required. Therefore, we initially shaped the parts through cutting (machining) from blocks, but for areas where extrusion molding was possible, we switched to extrusion molding to reduce processing time and achieve cost reduction.
