Processed SUS304 using NC lathe and machining center. Manufactured cases with ultra-fine pillars. Achieved stable mass production of slender and fragile shapes.
We would like to introduce a case study of processing ultra-thin pillar cases conducted by Oogitakone Seiki Co., Ltd. The processing was done using NC lathes and machining centers on SUS304. The shape features a cylindrical part with a diameter of Φ32, from which an ultra-thin pillar extends, measuring only 2mm in width and 65mm in length. This design poses a high risk of damage due to tool deflection and vibration, requiring extremely high-precision processing techniques. Our company achieves stable mass production of such slender and fragile shapes through optimization of cutting conditions and the design of highly rigid fixtures. 【Case Overview】 ■ Delivery Time: Approximately 1 month ■ Processing Method and Process: NC Lathe, Machining Center ■ Product Size: Cylindrical part Φ32, Pillar part width 2mm, length 65mm ■ Material: SUS304 *If you are facing challenges and wondering if such processing is possible, please feel free to contact us. ~ For complex processing of intricate shapes using NC lathes and machining centers, turn to Oogitakone Seiki ~

Daitokone Seiki Co., Ltd. specializes in precision machining. We are particularly skilled in round-shaped components and excel in the manufacturing of complex processed products that require multiple processes, primarily using NC lathes in conjunction with machining centers. Materials we can process include difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, titanium, copper, and Inconel. Please feel free to inquire regardless of your industry. Since our establishment as a lathe machining company, we have consistently focused on quality and are actively challenging requests for micron-level precision (1/1000mm). We can process up to φ500 in diameter and 600 in length.
