We can accommodate a variety of materials, including PTFE, PTFE filled with glass or carbon, PFA, and PEEK. The operating temperature range is wide, from -200°C to +260°C, and it features low friction and excellent chemical resistance. Additionally, filled grades can also offer wear resistance and support for high loads. We utilize automatic high-precision CNC lathes, machining, and compression molding for processing, allowing us to flexibly respond to custom manufacturing based on customer drawings. Under a manufacturing system certified by ISO9001, we thoroughly manage the traceability of all products and leverage over 10 years of experience in PTFE processing to establish a production system capable of both short lead times and mass production.
