Eaton's Souriau brand has released a new series of round connectors, UTOX, designed for dust and water resistance. These full-metal connectors are intended for use in harsh environments, with the following specifications: ● Successor to the UTO series (the UTO series will continue to be sold) ● Corrosion resistance: up to 500 hours of salt spray resistance ● Excellent mechanical resistance: IK07 impact resistance ● Ultimate waterproofing (high-seal insert to ensure waterproofing even when unmated): IP68/69K rated ● Quick mating and unmating with a bayonet mechanism ● Shielding to protect signal integrity and data transmission ● RoHS compliant ● UL/IEC certified ● Compatible with UTSX and UTGX series, allowing for replacement.
