Concentration 15-30%, temperature 40-60°C, current density 3-15 A/dm². - E-1000/E-1000A: High-performance version of E-700 (for Ni-Cr). Acid electrolytic treatment is an electrolytic cleaning technology that combines acidic solutions and electrical energy to quickly and uniformly remove oxide scale, welding discoloration, and oxide films adhered to metal surfaces. The metal to be treated (workpiece) is immersed in the electrolyte solution within the electrolytic cell, and direct current is passed between the electrodes, causing an electrolysis reaction. As a result of this reaction, oxygen gas is generated at the anode side and hydrogen gas at the cathode side, and these fine bubbles exert strong shear force and impact on the surface, physically detaching the scale and oxide films. Simultaneously, the acidic solution (mainly a mixture of inorganic acids and surfactants) chemically decomposes and dissolves the oxides, cleaning the surface chemically as well. In anode treatment, the metal surface dissolves in minute quantities, ensuring the complete removal of the oxide film and resulting in a smooth and glossy finish. In cathode treatment, scale and discoloration are removed through reduction effects and the detaching action of hydrogen. Furthermore, in PR (periodic polarity reversal) electrolysis, alternating the anode and cathode allows for more uniform and efficient treatment, preventing unevenness and excessive dissolution.
