The manufacturing, sale, advertising, and PR of cosmetics are subject to various laws, which must be correctly understood and complied with. The representative related laws include the "Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act" (PMD Act) and the "Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations" (APMMR), each of which has established guidelines. In addition to these, there are many other related laws, and these laws and guidelines can be amended or become more stringent, so it is also important to check for the latest information!
