[Case Study of Cell Sorter] Kyoto University Institute of Advanced Biomedical Sciences
Elucidation of the molecular mechanisms of cell proliferation centered on the cBAF complex in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and development of new treatment methods.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Cell Sorter MA900" used at the Kyoto University Institute for Advanced Biomedical Sciences. The institute primarily uses it for the purpose of "isolating only the target cells that are materials for experiments." Applications include single-cell sorting of leukemia cells into 96/384 well plates and confirming the anti-tumor effects of cBAF inhibitors (preparation of samples for genetic analysis). [Case Overview] ■ Model Used: Cell Sorter MA900 ■ Applications - Confirmation of anti-tumor effects of cBAF inhibitors (preparation of samples for genetic analysis) - Single-cell sorting of leukemia cells into 96/384 well plates *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
