Introducing a case study on the development of power supply products that achieve small lot production, high performance, and low cost!

We would like to introduce three custom case studies of power supply products we have developed. The first case involves a customer who faced challenges with minimum order quantities (MOQ). We proposed a set of a DC-DC converter and an AC adapter, utilizing local manufacturers to accommodate small lot production. The second case is about an alternative product for a discontinued nickel-metal hydride battery charger. We collaborated with a specialized manufacturer in China to adjust the firmware and adopt dedicated ICs, meeting performance, cost, and MOQ requirements. The third case involved a request for performance improvement on an existing automotive DC-DC converter. By reviewing all processes from design to procurement and production, we achieved high quality while keeping costs down.
