The optimization feature automatically generates welding sequences that reduce deformation. JWELD is a production technology analysis platform that allows for the analysis of complex production processes such as joining, assembly and finishing, and heat treatment on a computer. It digitizes the experience and knowledge of skilled technicians, providing a comprehensive evaluation of the impact of processing and joining on products. Even without specialized knowledge, anyone can easily create models, perform analyses, and propose improvements using the intuitive interface set in Japanese. It allows for easy model creation without requiring specialized knowledge in finite element analysis, making it usable even in manufacturing sites where dedicated analysts are not present.
