This is a material that uniformly mixes carbon nanotubes (CNT) with fluoropolymer resins (PFA, PTFE), developed and validated as a solution to address static electricity issues not only in advanced semiconductor processes but also in various safety management problems across different industries. Thanks to the unique properties of CNT, there are no leaching issues even for chemical devices that require ultra-high purity. It is possible to supply in various forms, such as raw materials and products (can be processed to your desired size). For nozzles and other components, processing can be done to match existing consumables in use.
