We received an inquiry from Company H, which operates in the metal processing industry, regarding their desire to "reduce the disposal costs of stainless steel polishing powder" and "prevent the risk of spontaneous combustion." The polishing powder contains a high amount of oil, and disposing of it as is increases weight and costs, while leaving it unattended poses a risk of spontaneous combustion. In response, we proposed a solution by equipping our belt-driven bottom-discharge centrifugal separator "DMNβ" with a special "Jingasa" attachment, allowing for the efficient feeding and de-oiling of the polishing powder. The high-speed rotation can remove oil within a few minutes, significantly reducing the weight of the waste and cutting costs. Additionally, the removal of oil also eliminated the risk of spontaneous combustion. We also proposed a fully automated discharge system in collaboration with a belt conveyor, achieving labor savings, improved safety, and reduced labor costs. After implementation, we received high praise from the customer, stating that "both costs and risks were resolved simultaneously."
