〇 EDI Integration We support order EDI from major manufacturers. Simply set the manufacturer name for which you want to obtain order information and click the order button to complete the order. 〇 Material Requirement Planning Once the order is completed, we execute material requirement planning based on the bill of materials and standard process chart as per the customer's instructions. 〇 Inventory Management After calculating material requirements and allocating raw material inventory, we can issue procurement instructions for raw materials that fall below the safety stock level. 〇 Process Management After the order is received, a production plan is established, and following the material requirement planning, manufacturing arrangements and external order arrangements are made. 〇 Shipping Management Once the products are completed and inspections are finished, they are registered as product inventory. 〇 Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Material procurement and processing requests are managed as accounts payable data, while shipped products are managed as accounts receivable data.
