This is a ladle for molten metal that is lightweight, has excellent fire and thermal insulation properties, and can be transported while suppressing temperature drop.
VFS molded products are made by adding organic and inorganic binders to bulk material and shaping them with a special molding machine. They can be manufactured to match the desired shape. The molten aluminum ladle is integrally molded with ceramic fiber and perforated metal, allowing for the transportation of molten material while minimizing temperature drop.
