This device allows for the simultaneous measurement of the necessary performance evaluation parameters for thermoelectric conversion materials—"electrical resistivity," "Seebeck coefficient," and "thermal diffusivity"—under the same sample and environment (using a single apparatus) from near room temperature to high temperature. Electrical resistivity is measured with high precision using the DC four-probe method, the Seebeck coefficient is measured using the steady-state method, and thermal diffusivity is measured using the periodic heating method.
