Operating Procedure: Preparation: Detect defect areas using a camera or similar device and stop the line. 1. Automatically cut the base material. 2. Manually set the defect area onto a dedicated winding device and automatically wind it. 3. Automatically cut the base material again and automatically apply adhesive to the tip of the base material using a dispenser. 4. Automatically overlay and attach the base material from step 1 onto the base material with adhesive applied.
