A new series has arrived that is designated as combustible material yet possesses high cutting capability!
The "New Plant Cut Series" is a non-water-soluble cutting and grinding oil formulated with ester-based base oils synthesized from plant-derived raw materials, combined with various additives that do not contain chlorine, making it suitable for copper plate inactive applications. Developed in-house, the base ester offers oxidation stability, resin attack resistance, and consideration for skin irritation. Due to its copper plate inactivity, it is compatible with a wide range of workpieces and is not subject to the PRTR law. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 ■ Despite its low viscosity, it is classified as a designated flammable substance and flammable liquid under fire safety laws, making it a non-hazardous material. ■ Its copper plate inactivity reduces the risk of machine damage and allows compatibility with various materials. ■ It boasts excellent chemical stability, is resistant to oxidative degradation, and can be used for extended periods. ■ Designed with safety considerations for skin irritation. ■ Contains no chlorine-based extreme pressure additives. ■ Not subject to PRTR regulations. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
