GAM was established in 2003 as a die-cast mold manufacturer. Together with its affiliated companies, it succeeded in developing high-strength copper alloys for the first time in the world, and in 2008, it supplied casting alloy materials for hinges to major companies such as Nokia in Finland and Kyocera in Japan. Subsequently, it focused on material development and created the world's first high-strength aluminum alloy materials (AL7, AL8). AL7 has obtained patents in nine countries including Japan, the United States, and China, while AL8 is currently under application. In Japan, sales are handled by Amano Industry (headquartered in Osaka, with President Takehiko Higuchi as the general agent).
