HBL-02-G7 is a range of suspended LED products optimized for updating high-ceiling mercury lamps in factories and logistics warehouses. By using cold-forged AL1070 and a 3D heat sink, it expands the heat dissipation area, achieving long life and high reliability. In addition to IP65 dust and water resistance, it supports energy-saving options such as 0–10V/DALI and motion sensors. The light distribution options include 60°/90°/120° and rectangular distributions, allowing for optical selection that matches existing lighting plans. Since 2021, the manufacturing, import, and export of high-pressure mercury lamps for general lighting have been generally prohibited (limited to existing stock), making it difficult to continue updating existing installations. This series addresses the procurement and maintenance risks of mercury lamps while enabling short-term renovations that utilize existing wiring, continuously reducing power costs.
