- Achieve quality, cycle reduction, and cost reduction with an all-in-one barrier removal system. - A medium-sized 6-axis robot (16kg payload) allows for free tool access in narrow spaces. - The AF40 model flexibly accommodates variations in workpiece shapes. - Equipped as standard with a uniquely developed QC motor spindle that allows for one-touch tool changes. - The control panel is retractable and can be stored inside the side cover during automatic operation, only being pulled out when needed. - The turntable mechanism enables compatibility with high-cycle automatic processing lines. - Standard features include a tool break detection switch, light curtain, internal LED lighting, a jog switch, and a three-color signal tower. - The jig table measures 400×400mm, accommodating larger workpieces, and the standard inclusion of robot auxiliary axis control allows for further cycle reduction. - Compact design with external dimensions of W1350×D2890×H2030. ● Options - Automatic exchange of two types of tools with an ATC magazine. - By adopting a medium-sized robot, an additional motor spindle capable of holding a belt sander can be installed. - An oil pot for automatic application of cutting oil and a cutting edge cleaning brush unit for removing tool welding are also available. - Adding a workpiece seating detection function on the jig table can prevent processing defects in advance.
