A handling-type deburring robot cell compatible with all work transport methods.
- Achieves quality, cycle reduction, and cost reduction with an all-in-one handling type deburring system. - Capable of handling medium-sized workpieces with a 6-axis medium robot (16kg payload). - Flexibly responds to variations in workpiece shape with the AF40 model. - Equipped as standard with a uniquely developed QC motor spindle that allows for one-touch tool changes. - One attachment stand can accommodate three types of deburring tools. → By adding one more, it can accommodate up to six types of deburring tools (electric motor spindle: up to four units). - The operation panel is retractable and can be stored inside the side cover during automatic operation, only being pulled out when needed. - Designed with high flexibility to accommodate various workpiece transport methods (※ dedicated design range). - Standard features include a temporary holding platform, light curtain, internal LED lighting, a while-switch, and a three-color signal tower. - The size of the temporary holding platform is 400×400mm, suitable for medium-sized workpieces. - Compact design with external dimensions of W1300×D2600×H2000.
