The "Logistics Chart" is a logistics health check service that visualizes the logistics costs and challenges of the entire supply chain for our customers. The goal is to compare the proportion of logistics costs with benchmark logistics costs from similar industries or closely related sectors, thereby visualizing the current state of logistics costs and logistics challenges. There are three types of diagnostic services: 1. Logistics Chart: This is a standard logistics diagnosis that can be completed in as little as three weeks. We issue a detailed chart based solely on data provided by the customer. 2. Logistics Chart Light: This is a rapid diagnostic service that evaluates the actual state of warehouse operations across 60 items on a five-point scale and presents results in as little as three days, including on-site inspections. 3. Logistics Chart Plus: Based on the diagnostic results visualized in the Logistics Chart, we provide specific improvement proposals.
