We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of "Rinova AGF" at the Fukushima Factory of Sanjin Metal Industry Co., Ltd. By introducing two units of this product, we achieved a reduction of one personnel in the shelf board line. As a result, it became possible to allocate personnel to other processes with higher workloads, significantly contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the factory.
