This is a convenient packaging machine for shipping fragile items and products that are prone to crushing, using highly cushioned envelope materials. The exterior can be made from polyethylene or paper materials. The cushioning material inside can be polyethylene bubble wrap or paper embossed material, allowing for 100% paper eco-friendly packaging if both the exterior and interior cushioning use paper materials. Features of Speed Roll Air: ◆ Automatic packaging into bags containing cushioning material is possible. ◆ It can package into large bags up to 500mm x 500mm. ◆ It is equipped with a computer and labeler, allowing for packaging to be completed in seconds while applying address labels. ◆ Safety mechanisms such as area sensors and acrylic covers are standard equipment. ◆ It integrates with ERP/WMS systems to print address labels and part numbers on labels and automatically affix them.
