Resin test piece (test piece) injection molding processing
We will produce resin test specimens that are shaped using a method called injection molding, which involves heating resin pellets (in the shape of rice grains) and pouring them into a mold to form them. We have flat molds in the basic sizes of 2.0x100x150mm and 3.0x100x150mm, so we shape the resin using these molds and cut them to the required sizes for you. We are also happy to accommodate requests such as "I would like to mold a different type of resin" or "I would like the specimens to be shaped as tensile test specimens (dumbbell-shaped specimens) for material testing," so please feel free to contact us.
