Individual installation type for each machine, a low-power oil mist collector that can significantly reduce electricity costs.
In machine shops, cutting oil is used for lubrication, cooling, and cleaning during metal processing. When machine tools are operated, the cutting oil evaporates and floats in the factory as oil mist. If this oil mist is left unattended, it can lead to health hazards for workers, slipping accidents due to slippery floors, and malfunctions of air conditioning equipment. Therefore, Torunex has developed a low-power oil mist collector that effectively removes oil mist using electronic dust collection technology. The Lido Air Torunex RB600 (hereinafter referred to as RB600) efficiently captures oil mist when connected to machine tools and discharges clean air into the factory. By adopting an electronic dust collection filter that is less prone to clogging, it enables stable suction power and long-term use.

Applications/Examples of results
The RB600 boasts overwhelming energy-saving performance compared to conventional oil mist collectors. While typical models of the same airflow type require about 700W of power consumption, the RB600 operates at just 230W (when used at 50Hz), delivering equivalent performance with approximately one-third of the power. As a result, significant reductions in electricity costs are expected from replacing existing equipment. Furthermore, by adopting an electronic dust collection filter, it efficiently captures particles by charging them, preventing airflow reduction due to filter clogging. This maintains stable suction performance over an extended period. Additionally, a nationwide maintenance system is in place, allowing for service to be contracted to the manufacturer in any region. This enables factory staff to focus on their primary tasks without being burdened by routine maintenance, thereby improving productivity. Moreover, by allocating the savings from reduced electricity costs to maintenance expenses, efficient operations can be achieved while keeping costs down.

Tornex Co., Ltd. aims to improve indoor air quality by providing various solutions centered around smoking separation measures. To prevent passive smoking, we have developed and sold the "Smoking Area System (Smoking Separation Machine)" ahead of the industry, accumulating over 70,000 achievements to date. Following the revised Health Promotion Law in April 2020, we are putting more effort into proposing and maintaining smoking rooms that meet the standards. Among the services offered in conjunction with our smoking room proposals are "Smoking Area Remake," which cleans smoking rooms stained with tar, as well as cleaning services for chairs, carpets, and more. Additionally, we manufacture and sell "2-way Air Curtains" and "Insect-Proof Air Curtains," which are effective for smoking separation measures and pest control at building entrances while also promoting energy efficiency. Furthermore, we provide a variety of products that address different needs, including built-in air purifiers for homes that remove harmful substances such as PM2.5, pollen, and yellow dust, an oil mist collector for factories and kitchens called "Lido Air Tornex," and formaldehyde countermeasure devices for hospitals.
