Proposal Case: Extension of Regular Inspection Cycle through Smart Security and Maintenance DX/Streamlining
Considering smart safety measures to reduce the operational burden due to power outages caused by regular inspections of special high-voltage substation equipment. Enables extension of inspection cycles and digital transformation and labor-saving in maintenance operations.
A case study of smart safety proposals in the food manufacturing industry. The company was struggling with the operational burden and response associated with power outages due to regular inspections of their high-voltage receiving and transforming equipment. This time, by applying smart safety to existing equipment, they confirmed with NITE that it was possible to review safety regulations and also achieved the digital transformation and labor-saving of maintenance operations.
