It enables deburring in areas that could not be addressed with a conventional single deburring unit. ● Adopts a motor focused on high torque. Maximum output: 930W, maximum torque: 1.18N·m, rated output: 400W, rated torque: 0.45N·m, rated speed: 8,500 min⁻¹, usable speed: 1,000 to 20,000 min⁻¹, achieving optimal performance for stubborn deburring processing. ● The clamping mechanism is 100% mechanical, using neither air nor electricity. The holder is clamped by pressing a quick-change motor spindle attached to a robot hand or dedicated machine against a dedicated magazine while twisting 30° around the axis. Simultaneously, three locking balls lock the holder to prevent accidental detachment. ● The clamping mechanism includes a built-in proximity sensor to confirm the seating of the holder when clamped. It can determine that the holder is securely clamped (the proximity sensor is a DC three-wire NPN open collector output). ● The unique dual-surface constrained shank holds the holder with a pulling force of 2 tons.
