FPG Trust handles the acquisition, management, accounting, and operation of the investment properties as a whole, and after acquisition, the properties are sold, with the sale proceeds distributed at the end of the trust period. The properties targeted include office buildings, commercial facilities, and rental housing located in prime areas of central Tokyo (Chiyoda, Minato, Chuo, Shinjuku, Shibuya) and other major cities (Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya, etc.). Profit distribution occurs twice a year (typically in February and July), and stable cash flow is expected. *An online interview with FPG is required at the time of contract.
