We receive processing requests in a wide range of fields, from palm-sized device parts to bridge frames. We obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2004. Our strengths are... 1. Same-day quotes and shipping within 24 hours are possible. 2. In-house integrated production of sheet metal, cutting, welding, surface treatment, and assembly. 3. Laser cutting of thick plates up to 30mm (clean cuts for thick plates are also possible). We process a variety of metals including iron, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium. The processing thickness ranges from 0.01mm to 30mm, and the size is 2500mm x 4000mm. All processing is done using NC machines, and we consider the optimal processing methods based on the CAD data (DXF) provided.
