Water-based pigment ink with excellent color development, ideal for watercolor, ink wash, and photo printing.
Water-based pigment inkjet, a technology for print works, is equipped with inks that excel in color reproduction, allowing for vibrant prints with rich gradations. It is particularly suitable for reproducing the blend of paper and paint, as seen in watercolor and ink wash paintings. Since the ink slightly penetrates the surface of the paper, it can express a natural texture that is closer to art materials, enhancing the paper's characteristics. For printing on photo paper, water-based pigment inkjet is also recommended due to its printability and excellent color reproduction.

Jimmy Onishi "Rome" Reproduction In conjunction with the 30th anniversary exhibition of Jimmy Onishi, who is active as both a comedian and a painter, San Emu Color was involved in the digital archiving of his paintings and the production of reproduction artworks. The works, which seem to overflow with rich colors from the canvas, are carefully painted with fine brush strokes upon closer inspection. To ensure that each brushstroke on the canvas is conveyed, a gigapixel art scanner was used to capture not only the colors but also the texture's unevenness, resulting in the finished reproduction artwork.
