Our company conducts CVD-TiC to generate a silver-colored TiC (titanium carbide) on the surface layer of a base material heated to around 1000°C. The metal surface layer coated with a ceramic film achieves a hardness of approximately HV3200, exhibiting excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, peel resistance, and adhesion strength, which can significantly extend the service life of molds and similar applications.
