We would like to introduce a case study regarding a company where the foam from the alkaline cleaning agent used in their high-pressure spray cleaning machine overflowed from the tank, making the floor wet. Since there was a request to avoid changing the cleaning agent if possible, we proposed a compatible "non-silicone additive" suitable for the current product type. After implementation, the defoaming effect lasted for about a month, so the customer decided to assign someone to ensure that the additive was added at least once a month during the winter, even when there was no foam. As a result, the foam from the cleaning agent no longer overflowed from the tank.
