【Product Information】 ■ Plasma Mark (for atmospheric pressure plasma processing / cleaning processes) Suitable for checking large-area atmospheric pressure (normal pressure) plasma treatment in printed circuit board manufacturing, FPD manufacturing, film processing, etc. ■ Plasma Mark for O₂ Cleaning (for mounting processes / post-processing) An indicator optimized for detecting radical plasmas such as O₂, N₂, Air, CF₄, H₂, NH₃. ■ Plasma Mark for Ar Cleaning (for mounting processes / post-processing) An indicator that efficiently detects ionic Ar plasma, which is difficult to detect with O₂ cleaning. ■ Plasma Mark Heat Resistant (for high-temperature processes) By using inorganic materials for the colorant and polyimide for the substrate, it achieves high heat resistance (200°C) while being label-type.
