Previously, while processing cast parts with machining centers and NC lathes, the water-soluble cutting oil used would become brown and dirty within about 2 to 3 months after replacement. After the improvement, the cutting oil no longer became brown and dirty, allowing it to be used for 2 years without replacement, and there was no need to wash it with a parts cleaner.
