Cobolt's lasers feature HTCURE technology (a method for curing and fixing optical components within the housing), which enhances robust adhesion, reduces mechanical shrinkage, and provides excellent shock resistance and moisture resistance, boasting extremely high reliability. In 2015, Cobolt became part of the HÜBNER Group, which possesses wavelength-tunable visible CW lasers and THz technology, aiming to enhance technological synergies and achieve further advancements.

There are over 30 wavelength options available, combining solid-state and semiconductor lasers, which mainly have the following features: - Even for wavelengths that require strong excitation, excellent resonator structure allows for high-output oscillation in a single longitudinal mode. - With superior beam shaping technology, we ensure a good beam profile and high beam quality. - By constantly controlling the temperature of the resonator, we can achieve high output stability during oscillation. - Some semiconductor lasers utilize an external resonator structure with VBG (Volume Bragg Grating) to achieve a narrow spectral width.
