Applications/Examples of results
The PCB Inspector is a thermography system with sufficient performance for PCB inspection standards. Since PCB inspection requires a quick check for abnormalities based on thermal distribution, stable measurements with minimal drift are necessary. The PCB Inspector, which undergoes calibration equivalent to that of microscope thermography, enables stable measurements. Although many components today are several millimeters in size, which may lead to underestimating temperature based on area, accurate measurements are possible even for sizes as small as 1 millimeter.

Temperature measurement is essential in all manufacturing and research, but it does not always involve content that can be measured accurately. We manufacture, develop, and sell systems, applications, and statistical analysis tools that measure extremely small areas and slight temperature changes that cannot be measured with thermocouples. We have numerous achievements with national and public research institutes, universities, private companies related to semiconductors and medicine, and hospitals.
