What is diffusion bonding? It is a technique for joining metals by heating and applying pressure to their surfaces, utilizing atomic diffusion. The joint surface is at a level that is not visible to the naked eye. Through repeated experiments and tests, it has become possible to join dissimilar metals as well. Since we manufacture using our own equipment, we can respond with relatively short lead times. We also accept orders on a per-part basis. We can accommodate sizes up to a maximum of H240×W300×L300. For smaller sizes, it is possible to handle multiple pieces simultaneously.
