The 90° V-brazed structure ensures high joint strength against torsional and bending loads generated during processing. Additionally, the PCD at the tip demonstrates excellent wear resistance and cutting stability in aluminum processing, significantly reducing edge wear caused by silicon particles commonly found in ADC12 material. This allows for minimized dimensional variation even during prolonged processing, ensuring sealability and precision assembly quality required for EV battery cases.
