The new series "Grip Star" adopts an original cover material that compensates for the shortcomings of conventional natural rubber cover materials, providing long-lasting grip. Compared to traditional natural rubber cover belts, it demonstrates a stronger and more durable grip.

◆ A belt with a total thickness of 8mm, primarily used in the feeder section. ◆ It is resistant to hardening and crack formation, allowing for a long-lasting stable grip. ◆ Excellent abrasion resistance minimizes the generation of shavings, preventing foreign matter adhesion and reducing grip loss due to wear. ◆ Compared to natural rubber cover belts, it can be delivered in a shorter lead time. ◆ It can accommodate variations in thickness through skiving processing (up to a total thickness of 5mm). ◆ Compliance with EU and FDA is currently being confirmed (extraction tests are being conducted). * Thickness can be adjusted in 1mm increments through skiving processing. * Length tolerance is ±6mm. * Endless options are available for lengths of 1200mm or more based on the inner circumference length.
